Looks good. I suggest some enchanted arrows on your glade riders and glade guards.

The large brick and glade riders have swiftshiver shards. I couldn't find the points for the two small units of glade guard. Any suggestions?

Its up to you but i would not take a unit of 20 glade guard. A big unit become a massive target. Small units of glade guard are better. If you have not got the points for enchanted arrows drop a unit of 5 glade guard. get the arrows and use the remainder points to add to increasing the other units from 5 to 6 models

I'd go with making Scouts big over glade guard. With skirmish you can move them in such a way that you can get all if not most of them shooting. And the point increase is minimal, coming with the added bonus of fire and Flee, and scout.
