Introducing myself

Hi

My name is tom and I have been into warhammer for a long time. In fact my first fantasy models were a handful of wood elf spearmen from the red catalogue.

I am a member on chaos dwarfs online and have been since 2007. I also play bolt action as either weird war Americans or Finland. And I play x wing mainly as rebels.

So I love my chaos dwarfs but want to do a new army with a different feel and play style. I decided that an army has to be a hobby project as well as a gaming army. I think wood elves are for me.

We currently play using kings of war rules as there are a few beginners in our group, but I think we will be going back to fantasy soon starting at very low points. We haven't played whfb since 7th.

I have my eye on a character model on eBay that will be my start. I can't decide whether to go with greens or autumn browny reds. I'm really excited to get started.
