Zysac's Paiting Blog (updated: 06-08)

Post by zysac »

Well im finally to a point in my painting where im not ashamed to show everyone so ill be periodically posting pictures of my spirit army here starting of course with my pride and joy...the Treeman

next on the list are Drycha, and loads of dryads...then my Stonekin and Stoneman when i get around to figuring out how im going to scratch build them

Treeman:

http://i209.photobucket.com/albums/bb16 ... eeman2.jpg

the conversion is just a chop job giving him actual arms and shoulders instead of sticking his arms on his head. i also added dryad parts to his back for extra branches. i plan on getting clump foliage and attaching it to the dryad limbs on the back but untill i can offord it hes staying like this

Drycha:

no conversions here, i love the model and i put all i could into it, although i messed up the wood a littlebit....

NICE! your model has a very natural color scheme.
Sorry for my English, I hopes it makes sense. If not: tell me.
