I like it even though I find positioning of the wings weird.

Well It's pretty darn cool. The Highborn looks good on there, and it's a very good job considering what you started with.

Nice work on the strings. I like it... and yes, more pics would be great.

(And BTW, I'll have to steal your Treeman idea)

Good conversion and painting job. What did you use for the Highborns lower part of the body? From this angle torso looks proportionally bigger then the lower part of the body ( but maybe this is just becouse of the angle of the shot ).

It's the models real legs. Just bended to fit around the eagle-neck. (I'm pretty sure)

Looks awesome, the model fits well and is well painted even if the eagl;e is in a bit of a strange pose.

Il ike the model, very original and stuff. I think that Great eagle is from the past edition, no?

Still, the red is ok.. I don't like a blue sword though.

Yeah i'm not too sure about the blue sword either.... it's not very elfy.

But the conversion is quite nice, just a personal opinion but i don't really like the eagle model.

I never real convert a model when i get the 1st one, i normally buy 2 and convert one and jsut paint the other.
Here's the jig, you don't have to agree with what i say, you can tell me that you don't... Just don't expect me to care.

I really like the paintjob but I think the griffon's wings are too far back for it to be used as an eagle.

I think that's no eagle at all, but a converted empire griffon if I'm not mistaking. (I might be wrong here.)
Nice conversion and paintjob. And if it is the Griffon, nice work on hiding it's legs.

wolffang is right...it is a converted griffon. used lots of green stuff...
will be taking plenty more pictures 2 nite...i only took a few crappy ones last nite so thats what i put up.

the treeman is a conversion based upon treebeard and durthu...again plenty of green stuff etc.

keep posted for pictures!

umm to tell you the truth, i dont like it at all. infact i think it looks horrible . the cloth over the back looks horrible, and it looks like the tail isnt even attached to the body.

it wouldhave looked better if you had just used the new eagle
