I want to make only elves list... so I exclude all forest spirits from my army... also I recently read Guardians of the Forest by Gr. Mc Neal, so this list based on this book this is a flank force of main line in Coeth Mara Army... so what you can tell me about my list....
What do you think about this list?

Nice looking list, but personally, I'd drop the 3rd glade guard unit. You'll be struggling to get good firearcs, and they won't add that much. Instead, consider another glade rider unit. Fast cavalry work much better when you field two units of them in my experience. One is simply too easy to take out. Also another wardancer or two wouldn't hurt if you can find the points from somewhere.
I'm also coming round more and more to the opinion that warthawks should be taken in units of 4, but I can see you're already struggling for points.
If you wanted to push the theme, you could give the eternal gaurd the banner of midwinter - it's especially useful against armies with a lot of fear causers (read deamons, ogres or undead).

I would like to see you take 7 Waywatchers to maximise their shooting ability.
I also think you are spending too many points on characters. Maybe drop one of those nobles...
You will want to have another unit of Glade Riders for sure...you need some more rank breakers as shooting alone will not likely win you many battles.
I would drop one unit of Wardancers.
Use these points to add one more and a champion to your WD unit.
Get some more EG
Make those Glade Guard units 12 Strong with banner and musicians...drop one units too....
So in other words....do something like this perhaps...
Spellweaver
BSB
Spellsinger
Noble
3 units of 5 Glade Riders
2 units of 12 Glade Guard
7 Wardancers
3 Warhawks
23 Eternal Guard or so
7 Waywatchers
1 Eagle
The Glade Riders are very important for an all elf army....trust me...

yeah like Yak said i'd drop a unit of GG from personal experience 3 units would struggle to get decent fire arcs ad just give away more easy V.P's
another unit of GR is a good idea and would fit the fluff perfectly (after all the main character in Guardians of the Forest is one...)
just out of interest where were you going to put your noble and BSB? where they both going in the EG unit??

I'm very much against the standard in the glade riders. If something beats them in combat (fairly likely), then that's an easy 100vp for your opponent. Instead put the points toward ewither another wardancer or bulking out your eternal guard unit.

if you can, try and find points to fit Moonstone on your wardancer HB this item is SO useful for wardancers!!
also drop the shadow sentinel there's no point in having him
i'd also recommend either changing the alter noble for another spellsinger or dropping him completely and freeing up some points
