WIP Greyseer --UPDATE--Finished

Post by Prince Cal »

Well I've had this mini for a while and a couple of weeks back i was bored so I started painting him up and with about 6 hours worth of odd picking at him upto now I'm pretty pleased with how he's going.

Well obviously the major bit of work here is the base which at the moment I'm thinking of some dark slimey water to one side with him standing on a sandy bit but I'm not sure. Aside from that there's a bit of general neatening up to do plus I want to repaint his horns and work on the metals more especially, i'm also going to do something about the wood I think which has turned out too similar to his tail and I'm gonna dirty up his cloak a bit when I've done the base since I'm not too sure exactly how it'll turn out.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Nice mini, you already covered the points I would comment on, so I'll save them till you finish it. Nice one though, the red/green combination is very good.

Wow, nice work especially on the cloak which fits the gritty look of Skaven very well IMO.

Isn't he the cutest! you did an excellent job on the robes, the snout area, looks a bit flat, and kind of clean skined for a ratman.

love to see the finished piece. I myself always had a hardtime painting skaven, I think it's all the hair.

Looks pretty good, the colours seems to be abit chunky at some spots but its no biggie really.

Overall, nicely painted cal!
