Greetings, friends!

It has now been quite a while since I was active around this forum. There have been many reasons for my absence, but primarily it has been due to increased amounts of work and social obligations. I have also been out of the hobby for the past three years. With my very limited free time, Warhammer has not got a top priority. And as such, this forum has been left to survive without my guidance. I am truly sorry for dumping a hefty workload on poor Beithir Seun and the rest of the Council of Elders, but I have done what I must.

As for the future, I will not return to the site much more. It is time for me to leave this behind. However, there are still bills to pay. Today, I paid for 12 more months of hosting capacity, but this is the last time I will use my personal money to keep this site going. From now on, I will need your help. Since the last great revamp of the site, there has been a donations block on the portal, to the right, where you can help make Asrai.org survive. The yearly cost for this site, the domain and the hosting space is around 50 EUR (with the hosting space being the bigger part, the domain is a smaller sum).

I hate to be this blunt, but you guys now have 12 months to come up with roughly 50 EUR (70 USD) to keep the site live. If we don't reach that limit, next bill will not be paid, and then Asrai.org as a community will go down and never return. The domain renewing is in less than 12 months, but we'll see how far we can get until then.

I can happily announce that due to the donations by you guys, we managed to pay for another 12 months. And we got some for next year, we are actually almost already half-way to complete next year's goal.
It warms my heart to see that there are people on this site who are wiling to send a small donation to keep the site alive.

There is a donation module for the portal. But without the portal config menu I can't easilly make it appear. I'm going to need to hard-code stuff to make it show, and I won't do that until Wednesday or Friday.
