Personal Information Fields

Greetings, Community!

I have just added a new little feature to our site. I had nothing better to do, so now we have what they like to call "Custom Profile Fields". Apart from the basic ones from the forum software, I (as an admin) can now add custom fields for our users to fill in if they want.

At the moment, I have added only two fields (Armies and Gender). However, if there are other good suggestion, post here and I will consider them. These are highly customizable, as seen by the two already entered. I can add subtexts, to text fields, areas, radio buttons and check boxes. Almost anything goes. I can also have them show at every post (in different places) or not.

DOES NOT WORK IN THE XMAS SKIN! (and never will)

In case you have a good idea on what to add, don't be afraid to speak your mind!

The Personal Information should now be working and visible for all members in all skins apart from the Christmas Skin. I can't bother to install the whole shabang to that skin to if we are to remove it in a few days.

I have moved around a lot of profile stuff, so I bid you all to go and see where everything is located now. I've tried to keep it logical, but some stuff might suit better under different headings (some under "Preferences" was hard to decide on). Go check it out!

How about letting them display under your avatar too? Just a minor suggestion.

That is one of the settings I can make for these fields, but some stuff takes too much space and makes the user box on the side a bit too big if the post is short.

It's not.

It's probably even worse than displaying postcount.
You might add it in the profile, but certainly not under the avatar.
What about removing postcount BTW?

I don't think age should be shown. The 'abusability' of having everybody know how old someone is, especially if they are rude or annoying in a forum environment like this is extreme.

If you want to have it as a field, fine. But it should not be displayed under a user's avatar.

Never planned to have it showed in every post. I just wanted it show in the profile for those who wish to add their age. Purly optional.
