I have a really nice set of green smilies I'd like to use, but I think green will disappear a bit on the greenish background. The old smilies did not fit well with all board styles. These do.

I agree, but they're not all that bad. However, I noticed that the previous ones kept on causing gaps between lines of text to appear.

Yeah. Currently, it's : \ without the space in between (the javascript popup at the bottom of the window says : \\ without the space in between)

Wow, I really like those new, smaller smilies. And I liked the green ones, too...perhaps you can put them in the databse under 'get more emoticons'.

is not the correct way, and it will simply write :\\
I could add it if someone wants to, but it feels stupid. The javascript might be a little wrong, but it still works

There are still gaps between the lines, although smaller.

I disagree. The old ones were big, looked like the invisionfree ones (which they were, in point of fact), and had an annoying problem of being out-of-sync with the text size when used in a post. The new ones aren't perfect, but they're better.

Indeed. I believe Nagathi was already aware of the missing Report button, however.

I tried to reinstall one, but the whole site died when I tried. I might do a new attempt tonight or this afternoon, but I've got a very important algebra exam on wednesday, so my time is slightly limited.
Just throw me PMs if you want to report something.

Added X D as the smily. Also noted that some smiles show up within the codes tags. Hence, I had to make some minor changes there too

I tried to reinstall one, but the whole site died when I tried.

Did you use a mod one through EasyMOD, a mod one manually, or did you try and write your own? 'Cause EasyMOD is pretty basic - just tell it the location of the install file for the mod, and it'll do everything, including an update of the tables in the database.

I did it by hand (not write it myself though).
