Hello all! It has been too long since Asrai.org ran an official story writing contest, something we wish to rectify in the coming months. This is a call to all those who do not often visit the Grove of Tales and fancy themselves as an author. Hell, even if you think you're a terrible writer you're free to enter something! You may even be nicely surprised by the results.
Basically the competition will close on the last day of April; all entries must be in before 0000 hours (GMT) on the first of May. You are free to write about anything and everything (as long as you adhere to the restrictions provided in the main thread
). If you are interested check out the rules here and then register in the same place. There will be no need to make a formal commitment and you can back out at any point in time.Regardless of how good a writer you may be (or think you may be) check out the topic, that at least can't hurt.
