Happy Birthday!

Post by Naggie »

Yep, today is it August 1st again ,and it has now been three whole years since Asrai.org started. Pretty amazing isn't it? I still think of Asrai.org as one of the new sites in the Warhammer world online, but we are infact pretty well-known and we got lots of creds around the net. Our lack of offensive material, spammers and trolls, combined with our high quality threads (and don't forget the Tethlis Effect) and discussions makes us to one of the utopias for other sites. You should all take that as the compliment it is.

Usually two things happen at the site's birthday. I usually hand out awards to people who have worked hard for the site in the past year, and I usually give the community some kind of birthday gift. Unfortunately, I have been incredibly preoccupied the last months in the life outside the Internet so I have not been able to do any of those two.

However, I think the awards can be arranged in slight delay, and the birthday gifts have been evenly distributed across the year instead. Take for instance the new design for the LEAF or the new size for avatars. I'll see what can be done.

Thanks for making Asrai.org the best community online!
Cheers!

My ego just rose a bit :) Maybe the Spite of Nagathi is something for the new Lost Kindred book

Has it really been three years already? It seems just like yesterday that I was still using The Raining Glade and the WD army list.

Three years? I'm starting to feel as tatty and worn as my Wood Elf army book! Fortunatly Asrai.Org isn't! Brilliant work on keeping this site as fantastic as when i first fell in love with it thanks to Nag and all the mods.
