Majority agree it's a repeatable upgrade.

Domine Nox and LandonElf are absolutely spot on here. The arrows break the normal unique rule by being available to more than one model, therefore it does not apply. Game, set, match.

They are not in out magic items section so I'm not playing them as unique (as in I will duplicate the arrows in a list on different units).

Gents, no more "trolling" accusations please. It's highly disrespectful, and there's no call for it. Boskie43 is just as entitled to express his take on the rules as anyone else; there is no need for insults simply because his take doesn't match up with your own.
