I think that you need to bring more sisters to protect your mages against cannons. If your eternal guard 's job is holring the line they are a bit numerous, maybe you can bring more gg and keep the eternal guards' number to 14-15.

I'd say more waywatchers are Always good if you reduce EG.
Another thing is that I don't really see anti-warmachine troops here. Ofc you can go throwing the first banishments on the cannons or reaper boltthrowers... but I doubt that is the real intention of a light council.

Since EG are core choice, you must replace them with the core.
