Help with 2500 three way match

so im going to be in a three way game between lizardmen and undead legions tomorrow and well i can only hope that they go after each other first, well this is my list im bring

Know the idea behind this list is that i know what my friends play and i know for a fact that the lizaredman player is gunning for me so this list has a lot of good melee and nice shooting, the treekin are there because the undead player loves his chariots and tree kin take chariot charges like a boss, the 45 glade guard with hagbane is there because i know the going to a min of 6 monsters between the two players most likely more. So if you guys can think of anything i could do by tomorrow that would be awesome
