You can download the Dropbox app and open it from there. Alternatively, PM me your e-mail and I'll mail it to you.

I have downloaded it to my dropbox on my iPad but no idea how to open it on QM

When I get the official one from QM it always gives me the option to open in QM and it directly downloads, but not this one

How should I do it?

Ok mate I did the same thing...

1) open Dropbox App
2) left hand side, in list, find "Wood Elves.qmtemplate" press it
3) you will see a load of text on the page now, ignor that look up, top right hand side, small icon, box with an arrow coming out the top. Press it
4) "open in" Quatermaster

There's a newer version uploaded with a fix (I had an incorrect stat for the Sisters champion). Download from Dropbox and install. Quartermaster will move the old template to "Wood Elves (old)" and you can just delete that one.

Ahh, its an iOS ware :P I use WP 8. Thought ot was something like army builder...

It is, but its a lot better. Cheaper and its easy to fix and add stuff yourself without having to rely on someone else to do it several weeks from now and add lots of bugs and typis to add insult to injury.
