Sisters or sisters?

Post by godswearhats »

Ok so we now have two units called Sisters. Sisters of Twilight and Sisters of the Thorn. SoT is easily misinterpreted as either. Context is not always clear.

Thoughts on easy ways to differentiate?

I'm thinking using N+A is a better way to make sure we don't get confused without having to type the full name.

In my head I always refer to Neastra and Arahan as the Twilight Sisters, so that's a possibility.

I do like your solution though, and it's probably something that people will quickly realise and pick up.

I believe things like this often spontaneously develope in communities and it doesn't need a lot of pushing, people will tend to find some way to differentiate between the two and then just conform to the most popular way to do so.

Well we could differentiate by having Naestra and Arahan as the Sisters of Twilight (ST? SOT?), and using the translation of Maidens of the Thorn (MOT?) for the new deer-born unit.

Use the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Stupid); N+A for the Dragon riding Twins and SoT for the new Steeds of Isha/Sisters of the Thorn - just my 2p worth.

Regards one and all! M ef.
