I believe you are tracking all the Limited addition numbers, I wondered if you had a feel of how many numbers are missing from the forum members list and if it is possible to narrow down the number my book should have been given.

You can see the list as much as we have one in the first post of this thread. We have less than 10% of the picture, but I imagine your number is quite low because you are in Europe. North America seems to have high numbers.

STILL waiting!!! even for my non ltd one that G.W is sneding me, however I am tracking that one as G.W is sending it UPS to me, well UPS until it reaches Norway then it's normal postal service but it SHOULD reach me by the weekend!!! I deserve a site medal for this!!! (hint hint)
