How old is Naieth?

I am re reading the WE army book fluff before the new book arrives ( I still think its the best AB GW have ever done, closely followed by the current Bretonnian book )

How old is Naieth? she crops up an awful lot...

In fluff terms, I think she was part of the group that found the Oak of Ages with Ariel - she's been around a long time.

In game terms, she was in the old old book (the 4th ed one) and was a hero-level wizard, with an owl called Othu (who gave shooting re-rolls to one unit per turn), and a rod that gave her an extra spell.

Yeah, she's old, at least as old as Ariel (and Ariel was "young" when she ran off with Orion and got caught up in the whole "turned-into-a-goddess" thing...)

Also in the Orion Trilogy, Darius Hinks describes her as being very vise and has very long twisting nails on her fingers. So for an elf she is very ancient, something like Galadriel in the LOTR.

Just to try and put a number on this, after consulting the Chronology of Athel Loren, Ariel is *at least* 3,647 years old (and that's not accounting for however old she was when she became Queen of the Woods...)
