Hi guys, do we know of any image hosting services that aren't black listed? I use dropbox for almost everything and the server won't let me post images at it thinks dropbox is full of spam (probably true). Any ideas?

Why can't you upload the images directly to our server? That way it won't be hotlinked, it won't slow down multiple servers, and the images will be presented in the best aesthetic way possible.

I have done, but they are tiny so people have to navigate out of the thread to view them, unless there's a way to bypass the 100px wide thumbnail that's displayed?

The thumbnail is there to make the site easier to navigate. Having all images at full size would mean page load times far beyond convenience. If one wants to see a specific image, one can simply click on it. And the thumbnail makes it easier to see what the image shows.
