Unable to send a PM

I've been trying for a little more than 24 hours now to send a PM. I've tried both replying and creating a new message. Hitting the reply button gets me to the "Cannot find server" page. In the case of a new PM, I can compose it but hitting "Send" gets me the "Cannot find server" page (henceforth "WSoD" or "White Screen of Death").

What I find remarkable about this is that the problem appeared very shortly after I had successfully sent a reply to a PM.

Let me know if there is any other information I can supply that might be helpful in sorting this out.

It may have worked for me. You can delete the spam message I sent to your Inbox if it's there. Either Nagathi has already fixed it, the problem is isolated or was only temporary.

I managed to send a PM a few minutes ago. There could have been a temporary server glitch, considering the error messages you got (could not find server). But then the whole site should not have been found. Odd.

Do you still experience this problem?

The problem persists and is completely repeatable.

Regardless of to whom I address the PM and whether I create new or use the reply feature I get a WSoD every time I hit the "submit" button.

Nothing wrong with the settings, and I can't recreate the problem myself, and no one else seems to have the issue. Thus, the error lies on your end. How are your cookie settings? Security levels (if on Windows)? Is your email correct in your profile?

Everything I can see say that you're all ok.

Apparently the fault lies in (drum roll) Internet Exploder.

I have no trouble sending PM's when I access the site using Firefox.

However, that raises a new question: Does all IE users experience this issue, or just you?
