Mindrazor on silver helms goes through thanks to the book:
4d6 +4 >= 18
1 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 4 = 11 ... failure
And then The Withering on Warriors but doesn't happens:
Withering normal on Warriors
2d6 +4 >= 13
1 + 3 + 4 = 8 ... failure

Shooting puts two wounds on the sorcerer lord from the sea guard, the RBT shoots the chosen and impacts and wounds on the 1st row, and if you fail the save it also wounds on the 2nd row, 3rd row doesnt wound.

For the combat, 6 silver helms makes 6 attacks at WS 4 and STR 8 rerolling for hits thanks to SoA.
The Silver helms put 4 wounds with -5 to AS, my horses attack after your knights but before your horses

Silverhelms can't reroll their attacks because Knights have same Initiative 5.

Infact, the rerolls only don't happen when the enemy has MORE initiative.
BRB, page 76:
Also, if the miniature's initiative is equal or higher than his enemy, it could repeat the failed rolls to impact in close combat

I don't save the wound.
So I have 5 attacks from the horses on WS 3 and STR 5 (thanks to mindrazor)
4 impacts, 1 wound with -2AS:
Wounding
1d6 >= 3
1: 2 ... failure
2: 1 ... failure
3: 2 ... failure
4: 6 ... success

Armor saved, my horse inflict one more S4 wound for armor save. Did you add shields to Silverhelms during roster redoing?

Erm, yes they do have shields, and I save the wound.
So onto CR, two wounds on my side standard bearer and charge makes 4, on your side one wound and standard bearer.
You lose by two.

P.S. I found the mistake during our last cc: silverhelms couldn't make 6 attacks, because there were only 5 models in contact, but looking back at dicelog it didn't change the result of cc.

That's impossible, we have same base sizes and you had 4 minis which makes 4 in straight contact and then the two of the sides are in contact by the corners.
Maybe they were wrongly placed but when the charge is complete there has to be maximum models in contact as per the rules, move them sidewards if you want to
And the Eagle stands or do you want me to clear your path to the FG flank1?!?!?!

Sorry to butt in, but on the Knights having a 0+ Armour Save, it's not allowed.
Rulebook, page 43 wrote: Note that a model can never have a save (of any kind) better than 1+ for any reason, and that, even then, a roll of a 1 is always a failure.
You can always just roll the gift up again this turn though, so it's not like you're stuck with a pointless gift :P

Looks like Silverhelms get into LoS of Exalted (I didn't move neither Helms nor Exalted).
Zero, it's written in WoC armybook, that with this gift unit can be upgraded to 0+as, but nevertheless it works only 2+

Exalted magically make to contact Silverhelms (I had to wheel him by cursor, holding the left upper corner at place, to find match wheel angle). And he's within 10' range.
