Ok I put together a Beastmen List.

Heres the spells I have for my Shamans.

Great Bray Shaman- 3,4,5,6 Spells **Casting Spells Reduced by 1
3- Amber Spear, 9+ Magic Missile, 24’, Single STR 6 with (D3)Multiple wounds, Penetrates like bolt thrower, No Armor Saves.
--15+ Str 10 hit, (D6) Multiple Wounds
4- Curse of Anraheir, 10+ - Hex, 36’, Target unit -1 to hit (shooting and CC), until casters next magic phase. Unit treats all terrain as dangerous terrain, fail on 1 or 2,
-- 13+ Extend Range to 72’
5- Savage Beast of Horros 10+, Augment spell, 12’, Cast on friendly character or wizard, +3 STR and +3 ATT, until casters next magic phase
-- 20+ Target all characters within 12’
6- Transformation of Kadon 16’, Remains in play, Augment, Wizard on foot, Turns into Feral Manticore, Black Hydra or Horned Dragon, Remains in unit, Cannot channel or cast spells
--20+ Become Mountain Chimera or Great Fire Dragon
Lore of Death- 4, 6 **Life leeching- D6 each unsaved wound caused by spells, 5 or 6 add to power pool.

3- Bray Scream, 10+ friendly character within 12’ or shaman, Breath weapon attack STR 3, no armor saves
4-Traitor Kin, 10+, Enemy models within 12’ riding a mount of any kind suffer number of hits equal to the attacks of their mount at the same strength. Monsters and chariots are affected, Armor save bonuses for being mounted or barding are not used.

Hey sorry I havn't replied for awhile but my internets been down, as well as my power since Hurricane Irene. I have made templates on my home computer and will begin posting again as soon as it comes back on, its been three days so far so hopefully the power will come back on soon!!

if you could get the map going and the scenario that would be great. I'll post as soon as I can.

Okay, Here is the map:

The elven watchtowers, Dwarfen watchtowers, and grail chapels all count as arcane fulcrums and all are height level 2 for the purposes of line of sight. All the rocks are level 1 for the purposes of line of sight, and count as difficult terrain to cross.

The Forests will all be mundane.

okay,
I think your templates are a bit too small, try resizing them to 3x times larger and see what they look like then compared to the templates.
I have compared mine to the templates and they were too big, here are a set of slightly smaller ones:
