Going to be difficult against a general like you.

What spells is your archmage going for? Lore of light perhaps?
What does foe bane do and dragon armour do and what armour save does your noble have?
What is amulet of light and gleaming pennant banner?
Does your noble have any protection against shooting or magic since he is not walking around with any similar troop type?
Nothing has magic attacks, since banner of eternal flame only gives flaming, not magical?

Okay then we can begin! You already know my list.

Lore of Metal will be my choice :sexy:
Foe Bane wounds enemy with 2 or more wounds on 2+.
Dragon armor is mundane for HE heavy armor with 2+WS against any type of fire. Noble got 1+AS and his helm allows to reroll AS anytime.
Amulet of Light gives magical attacks to the whole unit, Gleaming pennant is one-time Leadership reroll (if BSB is out of range) banner.
Noble can join any infantry unit, he'll be at the side of it.
White Lions got magical attacks with Amulet of Light (their champion can wear up to 25 points magical items).

And as it looks you're new to High Elves, I got to warn you about their main Army rule - all Elves in army have Always Strike First rule, regardless of type of weapon (so White Lions with 2-handed weapons still attack first). Accordingly, if their Initiative is higher than yours, they reroll to hit.

The map done.

From the left is Order encampment
The left-top is Mork Idol
2 building are near river, the one with 2 towers is 4 storey.
Scree slopes are rocky, the Ruins are a little bit to the right-down of center.
At the right side is Destruction encampment, the Mansion is scary big building.

Also, I shall be using the lore of light.

Your noble can indeed join infantry unit, but if he does what kind of protection does he derive from shooting and magical attacks, since he does not have a look out sir?
For instance, if I shoot at him with 10 arrows or hit him with a d6 s4 fireball.

If he's outside RnF units, then BSB got 1+AS with reroll, in the unit he can benefit from Look Out Sir. If he's shot with Light magic, then he also got 2+WS (since they are fire attacks).

Looks like we need another deployment roll, but thanks, then I'll choose the side ;)

According to the rulebook, won't he only get a look out sir save if the models are of the same troop type as him, even if he is in a unit? Since he's on a warhorse and there's no other model that is cavalry, even if he is in a unit he will not get a benefit against shooting. Thanks for the heads up regarding the 2+ ward save. Just so you know, only shem's burning gaze from lore of light is actually burning. Will try to get my deployment up! Argh.
