If that is hard, that's just rough. My Ard Boyz list had 40 longbeards instead of warriors, and close to 40 hammerers and a lorpedo, with a second GT instead of the organ gun, slayer, and bolt thrower.
What do your magic items do?
Edit: Please drop the dispel scroll and the Standard of eternal flame. Unless I missed something, they will be useless against me, and I don't want you to waste points on them.

That's my 'standard list' now, I want to keep it as is.
The Annoyance of Nettlings makes the Ancient to get hit only on 6s in chalenges.
The Cluster of Radients adds a dispel dice.
The Luminiscents makes the attacks of the unit magical.
The Ironcurse icon gives a 6+ ward save against war machines to the unit.
The Hail of Doom Arrow is a one use only arrow that makes 3d6 S4 shoots.
Most of the items are useless, if you want, I can add a third Great Eagle ^_^

So I placed the map, move whatever you want to, there are 2 forest, 2 1 story houses, 1 3 story tower, the Idol in the middle and the large house would be the Dwarven distilery.
So, let's roll for the number of buildings of the Order Town:1: 2 + 4 = 6:Building
2: 5 + 1 = 6: Building
3: 2 + 2 = 4: Sinister structure
4: 3 + 3 = 6: Building
5: 3 + 4 = 7: Forest
6: 1 + 6 = 7:Forest
7: 1 + 1 = 2:Order Town

I like the idea of deploying 2 at a time, it is faster for online games.

War Machines - my last non-scout drop.
Also, I made some errors in my list. I forgot to note that the Ironbreakers have a Standard bearer (though I did note the magic standard). I also missed the Thane is my BSB, and the ME has a Dwarf Handgun.

You need to deploy the last two eagles and GG, then we deploy characters, then scouts.
