It doesn't allow you to choose which terrain to not fight in, it just allows you to choose not to fight in Athel Loren. Again, there's a difference. If you don't roll Athel Loren you don't get to choose again, and if you do reroll you still have to stick with the second roll.

All I'm saying is that it is better to leave players the option of whether they want to fight in Athel Loren or not, rather than removing it all together.
