Army Books Redux

Post by Hyarion »

So all this information is taken from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warhammer_Army_Book If any of it is incorrect, I'd be glad to hear it.

Here is the current state of the WHFB army books:
Wood Elves May-14
Dwarfs Feb-14
Dark Elves Oct-13
Lizardmen Aug-13
High Elves May-13
Daemons of Chaos Mar-13
Warriors of Chaos Feb-13
The Empire Apr-12
Vampire Counts Jan-12
Ogre Kingdoms Sep-11
Tomb Kings May-11
Orcs & Goblins Mar-11
Beastmen Feb-10 (7th Edition)
Skaven Nov-09 (7th Edition)
Bretonnia Feb-04 (6th Edition)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is the general consensus that the current edition of each book is the best version? If you could roll individual army books back (without necessarily rolling back the entire state of the game to that point [Example, rolling back the Dark Elves book to it's 7th edition version without rolling back the Wood Elf book or Dwarfs book]) would there be any books that you would undo?

Maybe you should add additions from white dwarf and end times? Like the skaven just got those crazy new stormfiends and new verminlords.
