Winter or Summer, help needed

Just a quick question.
I am torn between winter and summer themes for my new WE army (first WE army).
I have done a test model for both, please let me know which one you think works best, I like both!

Summer.
My army is winter. a lot of the other ones can look cool with a winter theme.
I would say you'r summer looks a bit like autuum. Why not to an autum 50% snow theme thing. Use the winter one for scouts, and summer one for glade guard?

I like both, but the Summer one looks tidier. That's quite a unique dark way of doing Winter though which is also cool. Summer one has very pale cold seeming highlights though which makes me think its more Spring time really, which is also cool.

Thanks for the feedback guys,
The summer (spring) theme was the one I took the most time over and was my original planned theme but then I saw a winter theme in the army book and loved it, but I did rush it a bit to get a comparison out there asap so I can get feedback and jump straight into painting the army.
I think I may touch up and add another layer or two to the winter them and tidy it up/complete the model.
Yes the cloaks are missing, I paint those seperately and didnt bother to fix them on for the photos, pure laziness and nothing else
MAN I LOVE PAINTING WE's!!! Ive got the excitement back after spending a year painting red and white High Elves!!
