You could quite easily use different spear arms for the wild riders though. It would involve buying some extra bits but it still would mean money saved...

I plan to use the spare WR torsos and cloaks to make waywatchers (GG legs and hoods)

It shure would not hurt to be able to field a couple of 8-10 strong WW units....

That item would be in every list.

That item is a horse...

Having now got hold of a couple of kits and looked through all the parts, I've come to the conclusion that magnetizing for dual use is too much like hard work :smirk: I think I'll just keep an eye out on bitz shops and buy the duplicate pieces (legs, right arms and hairpieces) and do them that way.

I've been thinking of doing a similar-ish project with the kit. I've always wanted to field my WR on wolves (not exactly original but hey-ho, I like wolves).

Does it sound to everyone that I could get a unit of 5 Witches as well as 5 Wild Riders if I give the WR their own separate mounts? From what I can gather I'll be short of Spear Arms and Legs, is that right?

FYI for anyone wanting to magentize, Sisters and Wild Riders share the same:

Legs
Hands (including forearm and staff/spear)
Hair

These might be easily available through bits sites though

I have magnetized one unit as of now. The warlock hair fits perfectly. I have yet to find arms that fit. The magnets used are 3x1mm.

I ended up using the whole head. Wasn't a fan of the masks but liked the 'antlers' so I cut the mask down and stuck it onto the warlock heads. Pretty happy with how it turned out. Paint is still WIP:
