Good to see them all together! They remind me of better versions of the 5th edition treemen but with more character and life to them. The treeman looks especially imposing towering over the tree-kin

Thank you Maeglin. I am now skulpting great eagle I am not sure how it will turn out becouse I've never skulpted feathers but we'll see. :)

Here is what I've done so far. So its pretty roughly wip. :P I have to make wings bigger, shape head and then skulpt details. What do you think?

Absolutely awesome models. Love the look. Maybe you could do a tutorial on how you sculpted them. I'd love to be able too.

Thank you Scion.

A tutorial? Well why not if you guys are intrested? Theres only one but.. I'll be starting military service in next monday so I will be tied up there pretty tightly next nine or twelve months, but I try to make it when I have time.. I'll have some day offs so maybe I can try to work on that then.. But I won't promise anything soon yet. :D But maybe you can wait some time. :) But it shall be done sooner or later. :)

Small update.. Eagle base has been shaped to a better form and wings of eagle are gaining look that they should have.

The treeman and the treekin are fantastic. I love the character in the treeman's face.

Even more impressed with your sculpting an eagle from scratch - that's a serious project but it's looking great so far.

There certainly are some talented folk here on this board

I like the look of tyhe eagle, but what type of clay/green/brown stuff are you useing? I've never seen that type of material used before. Or at least, that color.

That eagle is looking really good. I'm assuming you are putting greenstuff over it for the feathers?

Huzzah for beaks :D
– it is said that the apples of Athel Loren gain their deep red hue from the blood of its enemies soaking the ground.

Milliputty, its very common putty. Good at making basic structure for figures becouse its cheap and you can easily sand it..

Yes thats correct. I am going to use greenstuff to make finer details.

Time for small update. Head is almost done and I started making feathers.. I am quite happy about how the beak turned out to be.. It is not the best but with my experience I am more than happy with it.

I love the pose of the eagle and the beak looks great! Feathers seem very challenging to sculp.
