wild rider Ward save
If i read the rules correctly which i am not sure if i am. wild riders get a 5++ to non magical attacks, a 6++ to magical close combat and ranged attacks and 5++ to spells. Is this correct ?

Ooops. I've been doing this wrong. I always forget the MR for spells.

Most people have been using ETC rules which is a constant 5+ ward with MR1...I'm sure you could convince your friends to let you use some of those rules since Wood elves are a little lacking =P
How do we prove we exist? Maybe we don't...

We get 5+AS and 5+ward. but have 6+ against magical attacks and MR1 so 5+ against magic (unless ETC rules, in which it's a true 5+ and 4+ against magic)
If a Wild Rider Kindred takes the Helm of the Hunt does he get 4+As?
Out of curiosity how many people play/are allowed to play with the forest Spirit save being a true ward?

I never ask, although I'm sure the people I usually play against would be fine with it. Part of me thinks the book should be played as written, rather than having a bunch of fake bonuses.Gwill_of_the_Woods wrote: Out of curiosity how many people play/are allowed to play with the forest Spirit save being a true ward?
The only thing I've done in the past is ask about whether hero level wizards can use Beasts and Life. I'm fine with either answer, but it affects my army composition significantly at low points values.
