Battle Standard Bearer and Spites
As spites are not magic items, can a BSB take the Banner of Eternal Flame and a Pageant of Shrikes?

Sometimes I take A Muster of Malevolants in the rare occasion that someone charges my Glade Guard unit from further than 15 inches away. This is to ensure that the unit will get to shoot at Str 4 when standing and shooting.
