Hi. I am Pascal and I am a from Québec. I just started playing this game and I must say that I am in love with. There is just so much thing you can do and it is so much fun to play.
I decided to play the Wood Elves because I like their play style and design. I find them hard to master though since they seem to rely more on tactics then some if the race and giving their weak constitution, my friend owns me all the time with his WOC.
Anyway, I am happy to join you guys.

Hi there Koriu,
welcome to asrai.org!
I think you'll find a lot of usefull advice concerning match ups vs WoC.
Don't forget to share some of your painting-masterworks ;-)

That which does not drive us away in disgust makes us stronger players.... A little light Nietzsche on toast. WoC is a very tough match for us and one that I personally have never quite cracked - a loosing draw being the best I ever managed against those guys. Keep trying. Read around here and eventually you'll figure him out. You'll never beat a well handled WoC army routinely but you will at least have a fair chance. (I do keep them on their toes.) Mae govannon and bonne chance.
So it's no longer the BRB, now it's the DERB. (Digital Edition Rule Book) I am all in for 9th Age.

I'm John and I'm located just south of you, in Vermont. I go up to Montreal sometimes to game. Will you be attending the ND Open in Quebec City March 8th/9th?

I wasn't aware of that event. What does ND stands for?

It's a Quebec Warhammer club. The Northern Defenders. Here's their site.Koriu wrote:I wasn't aware of that event. What does ND stands for?
