Here's my army list:
Waywatcher lord (Bow of loren, Starfier arrows, Glamourweawe, 2nd hand weapon)
Noble on great eagle (Asyendi's bane, Hail of doom arrow, Enchanted shield, light armor, spear)
2x Spellsinger (2nd lvl, 2x Dispel scroll)
2x 10 Glade Guard (Lord's Bowman)
2x 8 Scouts (Lord's Bowman)
10 Wardancers (Bladesinger, musician)
5 Warhawk riders (Wind rider)
4 Treekin (Elder)
2x 7 Waywatchers (Shadow Sentinel)
So, the basic tactic is to stop opponent's marching, and to rain him down with arrows. Of course, this is a very versatile, fast and skirmishing army, so most of the time I don't have a slight bit of problem outrunning my opponents.
My friend advised me to get rid of the treekin, and put 4 more scouts, 6 waywatchers and 2 wardancers, and since he is much better general than me... I just might listen to him, but before that I would like other people's opinions.
So please, tell me what you think of this list, and would you modify it the way my friend suggested or not.
Thnx

Would you do it with me, heal the scars and change the stars....
4 Scouting units? It'll be a rare board that lets you put all of them in useful positions. I'd certainly consider dropping the second glade guard scout unit, and toning down the wardancers - 10 really is quite a lot. The 5th warhawk is probably a marginal call as well. With all those lovely points you've saved I might recommend some fast cavalry, to break ranks when you finally do choose to get in to combat. Either wild riders of glade riders would be a good choice. Failing that, another unit of wardancers wouldn't hurt.
Starfire arrows Bow of loren? I'm not sure about that. Especially on a waywatcher character: you're losing the lethal shot ability.
I think I would also drop wind rider and treekin elder upgrades. They are quite expensive, but if you want to include champions in all you units for character reasons, I would understand.
Hang on. I've just noticed you haven't got any dryads! They really are a versatile and quite resilient (T4 5+ ward) unit. I would strongly recommend getting some.

drop the champs in the scouts and GG, they're just a waste of points.
if you don't intend to get into combat ever then why do you need WD and TK????
might be worth changing the items on WW Lord to make more use of his special rules....
GR would help hold up enemy units (thus giving more time for shooting...)
so i'd recommend getting some
5 WHR is probably a bit over the top so drop one to gain a few more points

Given that you aren't wanting to get into combat, I might recommend the following items:
Banner of midsummer for extra march blocking
Moonstone to flit about the battle field
Blight of terrors + wraithstone (nasty combo on a waywatcher highborn)
Also fast cavalry for baiting and fleeing, then rallying and harassing.
