Re: Where are you from? Where do you live?
Born in Turin, Italy.
In early 90's my parents had the opportunity to move to New Zealand and chose not to because of grandparents. I lived a month in Brighton, UK; a month in Paris and a couple in Nice, France.
I have relatives scattered allover the world and I planned to move in each place (Spain, Turkey, Switzerland, Germany,Thailand, New Mexico), but never did it.
Kind of the missed-opportunity-guy.

Thanks Razorfate,
I'll make sure to let you know.
Unfortunately I'm afraid Istanbul has become just a destination for holidays since my sister and her Turkish boyfriend broke up.
Anyway, if I happen to be there, I'll come to visit you very gladly.

Re: Where are you from? Where do you live?
The Netherlands: born in the fabled city of Didam and currently living in the metropolis called Bemmel (after living in Utrecht and Breda).
Problematic employment issues might make me go to the UK for employment though near the end of the year and flying home every weekend.
Nonnoste: why would you leave Turin.. seems a nice place to live.

Re: Where are you from? Where do you live?
It is with no doubt.
It's Italy that's not the best country where to live, work, rise children and cultivate passions and hobby.
On second thought, it could be a good place to live in, if only there was something else other than a good climate and wonderful places. But those things can be found elsewhere to. The real problem is the lack of opportunities and the absence of a decent administration, which makes everything you want to do a continuous struggle.
I'd gladly move to the northern Europe if I were given the chance.
