Asrai WebMag
I know the suggestion has been uo before, but now I wanted the community to really make a stand. Do we want an Asrai WebMag? For those unsure on what it is, go to http://www.druchii.net/monthly or the Asur.org Citizen Levy (their latest issue announced in their announcements).
If you now want a WebMag, do you think you would have the time and dedication to work on it? It takes quite some time and devotion, but it earns you a good deal of respect. I want to know if there are any good writers around here. Are there any?

Yeah, sure, I've been trying to come up with something for the CL 8 because I haven't all of the Lores lined up for an interview for the 7, but all has been used already. So I'm trying a new approach here. I've been doing things like that for some time now if experience is what is needed as well.

Are you prepared to put down about an hour of work every day for the upcoming 6 months? I know it sounds cool to work in a WebMag, but listen to those who have done it before. It is a painstaking job. Writing a 6-page article in 2 weeks' time is not as easy as it may sound. Yet still, I need several willing to do this, and good enough at writing (and thinking). You still want to join?

I would be happy to write for a webmag. I write fluff for the druchii.net monthly and would be more than happy to do the same here. My real world responsibilities prevent me from doing anything to time consuming (so I wouldn't be able to work on actually putting the mag together, just writing) although I would be more than happy to head the initiative (or whatever it would be called) dedicated to fluff writing.

Ok. Those interested (and any future ones) send me a sample of your writing. ~750 words about whatever. If you're into tactics, write me something about it. If you prefer fluff, then get me a little of that. It does not have to be a complete text on a mere 750 words, just write on and cut it around there (I have real life obligations as well )
Shadowlance, heading an initiative is far heavier than you might see. I know you've been a part of the CoP ini on D.net for quite some time, but I don't think you've really grasped how hard work it is for Caroline and the other ini leaders. Whenever the articles are late, they get the blame. Whenever an article is not done, they get to whip it together in the matter of a few hours. If you think you got what it takes, please sign up for it. I just want people prepared for what might happen. I really don't want anyone to quit after a month because it took too much of their free time.

Just make sure you get a good proof reader and editor. The number one problem with these webmags especially some of the beginner ones is that they are painful to read because of poor english. The latest Asur.org citizen levy is just painful to read, especially the Wood Elf section, sorry Nagathi but I think it's true. The level of english is just not very high and it doesn't look very carefully done.
