Attachment Removal
Since the site has reached its maximum quota on the total file size of attachments, I have been forced to remove many of the older images and files you have uploaded on the site. My decision has been that we will remove all files that was added to the site prior to February 1st 2014. That means almo...

Re: Board attachment quota
There is a 3 GB max size for all the board's attachments. I.e. a max limit for all users combined. That limit is there to not overwhelm our disk space. Currently, we have reached that maximum limit. I will go and delete some of the older attachments, which means many of the old pictures in old posts...

If you edit the original post of the topic, you can also change the name of the thread. Have you tried that?

The astronomer within me jumps up and down when seeing your nickname, but it saddens me (only so slightly) that it stems from comic books and not the cosmos around us. I'm pretty sure you'll find plenty of people who want to congratulate you on your painting skills over at the Meadow of Arts. I reck...

Re: Organizing Threads
One rule of thumb in forum managing is that you should never create new forums and hope that will create an interest in the topic. Instead, you should create new forums when there are many topics on the same subject within another forum. So far, I haven't seen enough threads about such topics to war...

Tapatalk Updates
Today, a few minutes ago, I updated the Tapatalk mod here on Asrai.org. A few security holes were plugged up and some new features have been introduced. It is now possible to register through the tapatalk app. For those of you who use the app, let me know if things are looking as they should. ~ Naggie

Re: Return to the Glade
Welcome back! It's been at least a year since I've played any games, and most recently I'd been a convert to the Daemons but still, have not played since *their* new book came out as well  Family, work, and general adulthood take priority to modeling and gaming I know the feeling. I haven't pl...

Re: Hockey around the world.
I feel a lot of the goal keepers have been swedes the past few years. Sure, we haven't had many. But the ones we've had have been top three in NHL every darn time. It's not always about scoring prowess. Players like Tommy Salo, Henrik Lundqvist and Johan hedberg sure makes up for some of it =) http:...

We're working on getting the real medals ready. But it's taking longer time than expected. Do we know any graphic designers who can help us?

Re: Hockey around the world.
(Northern) European and Russian Hockey has always been good. That's why the NHL is all Canadians, Swedes, Finns and Russians. I'm a bit sad that Sweden didn't get all the way to the finals, but things could have been worse.

Re: Image hosting sites
The thumbnail is there to make the site easier to navigate. Having all images at full size would mean page load times far beyond convenience. If one wants to see a specific image, one can simply click on it. And the thumbnail makes it easier to see what the image shows.

Re: Image hosting sites
Why can't you upload the images directly to our server? That way it won't be hotlinked, it won't slow down multiple servers, and the images will be presented in the best aesthetic way possible.

Re: Clearing Unread threads
There is such a function. At the top right on the index page there's a link saying something like "Mark all forums as read".
I'm not sure if you can do it for each forum, but I think you can.

20. What do you think of the site so far? One of the best forums I ever saw, because of the civilized conversations, the politeness, and stuff. Really. Hearing stuff like this always pleases me. I'm happy you like the site. And about the LEAF, when the new book comes out, there will be many people ...

I'm saying that you can no longer post on Asrai.org from that network. The machine does not matter. It is the network you use to access the internet that is blocked.
