Agree with Mollesvinet on the bow and the other points.
Keep a couple of units at 12 and scrounge up enough points for 1 eagle and mount Ioreth on it, that will help with your fall back strategy (fast wing unit) as well as giving you something to assault any pesky war machines that appear.

The only thing I'd tinker with is getting a scroll on your 'Weaver.
Maybe drop the 'Bowman from the larger GG unit ( it's only +1 BS) and the Wind Rider from the Warhawks which frees up 26 points for the scroll.

Aemirs list looks good for what you've got, though I'd consider a Spellsinger instead of one of the Branchwraiths. From Jameseat3 10 dryads is great but put a champion in with ten, eight is just canon fodder. 6 treekin need a champion. The Branchwraith could go in there if that's what you're looking...

One thing I've always wondered about this eagle Noble build. What does the guy do about magical attacks in close combat that aren't Flaming?

That's always been my issue as well so I use either Stone of Rebirth or SoCM if you want to help the Eagle as well.
