I would still favor Life, but heavens and shadow would be interesting to take.
I'd avoid Metal and Fire.

Re: hutobega- I'm not sure it is too strong a boost for core archers. Think of Core Spearmen that fight in extra ranks and always strike first. Add in their initivative is better than most opponents and they get to re-roll to hit. That's intense for core troops (especially in 7th ed). As for special...

I appreciate the input Hutobega. My intent is not to make us more like the other elven armies, but give us something on par with them. I don't want to start a troll thread on ASF, GW's, or multiple attacks, but suffice to say all the other elves seem to have some edge to all their troops. If needed ...
