I always advocate using Wild Rider Lord as IMO this guy is capable of dealing with threats the rest of the army (and most of the other Lord choices) aren't - Fear-causing killy fast characters, like Bloodthirsters. My proposed setup: KB Lance, Annoyance, AotFey - 303 pts of pure love.

Yup, units with Hatred have to both pursue and overrun, if able to. Check BRB, page 53.
