I doubt Waywatchers have those arrow options, as their special rules are essentially those arrow options. They are also bs5/6 on champ, so moving and shooting means they still hit on 3s/2s in close range, which they should be in. That's pretty bonkers! Glade Guard, Glade riders and Deepwood Scouts ...
