is it worth losing the stag to keep fast cav rules then, being able to reform at will is a must IMO?
i like the stag/eagles though as they give +1W/+1T to the nobles

you might be right, the eagle characters would probably perform better than the warhawks.. ill mess about with army builder and see what i can come up with

yeah was a typo, i didnt have the normal shield.. the 10pts enchanted shield is a bit wierd, my army builder only says 5pts..
is that a codex over BRB issue?

alot of mistakes and learning curves during this game, i was cursed by not being able to run units down when i beat them, which meant having to spend an extra turn destroying them.

so being a new-ish player, i had to consult my rulebook alot in my last game (which took 5 hours) i know to stand and shoot its -1 to hit.. but what if the enemy is over half range when he declares the charge, do you have another -1 for long range? what about if he declares the charge and hes standi...
