The Comp rules are full Swedish using 15.02 with the bonus victory points for difference in comp score. So for each .1 difference, you get an additional 10 victory points. Most lists look they are in the 11-12 range so higher lists will start the game almost 200 points up. The Level 4, Level 1 thing...
